About Me: Im a 24 year old who lives with my Husband in the Seattle area. We were married June 15, 2008 and are just enjoying our time together as a married couple. I spend most of my time either at work, or reading books. Ill read mostly anything, but enjoy reading cookbooks front to back as I would a novel.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: When I was in home economics, I made a french silk pie out of the Better Homes and Gardens Cook Book. It was the first pie I made, and I decided to freeze it when it was done. It turned out wonderful, like an ice cream pie! Best pie I ever made.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Nothing too major. Ive been known to grab my garlic SALT thinking it is garlic powder, and not realize it until Ive dumped wayyyy to much in whatever I am cooking.

My Food For Thought: If Im going to eat something, its got to be something Im going to enjoy. I dont waste calories on things I dont like.
