About Me: I'm a 40-ish Mom, I am married to a wonderful husband for 8 years (first marriage for both), I have a 6 year old son whom I adore so much, I am a Registered Nurse, and I just finished my Legal Nurse certification, and I am in the process of setting up my business to work from home. I spend a lot of time with my son, because my husband is a truck driver and works nights (he is local) but I don't get to see him much because he sleeps during the day, and we only see each other on weekends.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: I love to cook, thanks to my Mom, there are so many triumphs in my life to mention, but it makes me very happy when all the plates are empty after a good meal. I am especially proud of cooking for Easter celebrations

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: When we first moved into the house, I put a pan of lasagna in the oven, and the temp of the oven was "off" and it got extra crispy!

My Food For Thought: If you have to die, you should be happy and die with a full belly!
