I am a Radiologic Technologist, with a license in mammography. Been married for 29 years, great husband, house in the country where my basset hounds are happy.
Seeing my husband smile at Thanksgiving, and getting teary eyed when he makes the announcement that my turkey and dressing tastes just like his grandmother's.
Being a little inexperienced, didn't know stew meat had to simmer and cook slowly to get tender. That vegetable soup was chewy. And I don't care what any substitution chart says, yogurt does not fare well for sour cream in beef stroganoff.
I work with a lot of younger women, and I always tell them, put something effort in meal preparation, and create some great memories for the family.
