About Me: I am a Radiologic Technologist, with a license in mammography. Been married for 29 years, great husband, house in the country where my basset hounds are happy.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Seeing my husband smile at Thanksgiving, and getting teary eyed when he makes the announcement that my turkey and dressing tastes just like his grandmother's.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Being a little inexperienced, didn't know stew meat had to simmer and cook slowly to get tender. That vegetable soup was chewy. And I don't care what any substitution chart says, yogurt does not fare well for sour cream in beef stroganoff.

My Food For Thought: I work with a lot of younger women, and I always tell them, put something effort in meal preparation, and create some great memories for the family.
