About Me: I am now living in Texas, moving here from Washington State June 2006. This was my family's 11th move in 25 years!! We have lived all over the world, New Jersey, New York, Georgia, California, Washington State, Germany & Singapore! I have been married to my wonderful hubby for over 25 years, we have 2 daughters 22 & 23 and 1 very spoiled pomeranian dog named Lily!!

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Being able to cook in whatever country I am living in and cooking with the local foods!

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Most likely the first and last time(1992) I grilled....who knew you had to pull the grill away from the house...boy do flames fly fast!!!
