Cooking for my inlaws and not having them turn their noses up at it (they're very very picky) :-)
My first turkey after I was married. It was Thanksgiving, and the turkey was overcooked, burning the bird to the pan. When I lifted it up, the meat stuck to the pan, and I held a bunch of bones. LOL! :-)
Calories don't count if no one saw you eat it. :-)
