About Me: Im a 35 year old wife and mother of 2 wonderful boys aged 8 & 11. I work full time, as well as being a part time exercise instructor in the evenings at our local YMCA. I love it. Life is hectic sometimes, but its all worth it.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Cooking an entire Japanese dinner for 10 for my Aunts church when they had cuisines from all over the world! What fun that was!

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Hmmmm, possibly blowing the motor out in my hand mixer while baking something a couple of years ago. Durn thing....the batter was just TOO thick! I think it was the cool whip cookies actually! LOL...

My Food For Thought: Swallowing pride never choked anyone.
