I'm the Food Editor on Country Woman, Country and Reminisce magazines. For someone who loves to cook, I probably have the best job you could ask for. As a Food Editor, I plan, research and taste the recipes that go into our food features. What's not to like about that? I'm married to my husband Ben for 30 years. I have three grown daughters and a teenage son.
I like to think that every time I cook for someone it is another cooking triumph. It brings such pleasure to make someone happy through my cooking.
I ruined a favorite pan by steaming veggies without water. By the time I discovered my error, I had a nice size bubble on the bottom of the pan.
Cooking is spelled L-O-V-E.
