I am an independant artist. I am also a wife and mother of three lovely children. Their ages are 15, 11, and 4. Our 4 year-old is Autistic and also deals with Celiac disease along with Casein and egg allergies.
Gluten Free, Casein Free McDonald's-like Chicken Nuggets. Not that this was nearly the most creative or challenging cooking feat I have ever managed; it is simply my greatest triumph because my son (who has severe food allergies) LOVES and appreciates them. That is so rewarding.
hmmmm......let's see ;).
Allow the past to be the past. Embrace today for it is now. Plan for tomorrow for it is the blessing of a fresh start each and everyday.
