Middle of the road middle ager, married 8 years, Bubby to awesome twins and proud mom of three great kids. I struggle with my weight, it's been a life long battle. I've conquered addictions to alcohol, marijuana and tobacco but food is alot harder. My husband was diagnosed with diabetes 1 year ago and I made it my mission to understand the disease and to help him survive it. His mother did not. She lost a leg and her life to this disease. Hubby has lost 80 pounds now and is doing great. I've gained 25! I'm glad he's not as particular as I am.
Serving a standing rib roast that was better than any I'd ever eaten in a restaurant.
I used baking soda in a recipe for baking powder biscuits. Those were some salty biscuits!
I'm too tired to think right now!
