About Me: retired commercial fisherman by day.. crazed momma and grandmomma by night! I have 2 grown children my lovely daughter is 31 and the mother of my only grandson!!(affectionatly known as The King) and a wonderful son 28, who is my bestest buddy!

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: creating gourmet meals and baking desserts on a boat with a diesel stove that you don't have a lot of control over temperature!! It is either red hot or cold and always rolling!

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: the first time I attempted to cook for my EX and made scalloped potatoes and ham... they were cajun style!!(very very black!) or maybe the first time I tried to bake a packaged cake on the boat.. it looked like a small volcano and then fell out of the pan all over the oven!!

My Food For Thought: without enough sleep we all become TALL two year olds!
