About Me: commercial fisherman by day.. crazed momma and grandmomma by night! I have 2 grown children my lovely daughter is 29 and the mother of my only grandson!!(affectionatly known as The King) and a wonderful son 26, who is my bestest buddy!

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: creating gourmet meals and baking desserts on a boat with a diesel stove that you don't have a lot of control over temperature!! It is either red hot or cold and always rolling!

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: the first time I attempted to cook for my EX and made scalloped potatoes and ham... they were cajun style!!(very very black!) or maybe the first time I tried to bake a packaged cake on the boat.. it looked like a small volcano and then fell out of the pan all over the oven!! (now we have alot of "wacky cakes" that actually bake very well even rolling!)

My Food For Thought: without enough sleep we all become TALL two year olds!
