I have type one diabetes and have lived with it for the 32 years and I also have celiac disease that I have lived with for the last 4 1/2 years. It is a great struggle to manage both but I am working at it with the help of my wonderful family
Mastering baking and cooking with all the gluten free flours and have wonderful baked goods that taste great and have the same texture as there wheat based products
I would have to say baking gluten free bread in the begining. It has gotten much better since then and I am happy to report that I get wonderful loaves of bread now!
