I'm only 16 (probably sadly lacking in experience compared to some of you), but I loooove to cook and bake for my family of 5! I'm a generally happy person who doesn't take her mistakes too seriously (as far as the baking goes, I mean:)
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
Baking delicious sweets like an exotic cheescake or lovely cinnamon rolls with cream and have 10 or more guests raving!
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
forgetting the baking powder in a luscious tripple layer chocolate birthday cake! It was heavy as lead! Good thing the birthday was my own!!!!!!!!!
