retired licenced beautician and 25 yrs civil service air force
developing a recipe for flour tortillas and maiking it my own. I come from a large family and nothing was ever measured because it was all made in large quantities, and I have a husband and two children. Now I make a master mix and all I have to do is measure for a batch and it's a no-fail every time. I make a baker's dozen and wrap and into the freezzer it goes and all I have to do is thaw and heat on gridille and I'm good to go!
can't remember or won't admit!
I worked full time but I always had supper made for my family and we sat and ate together every nite and I still do that for my husband' and I also have a sister that lives with us that is hadicapped. My parents have both passed away.
