I'm a stay at home mom for my 2 wonderful daughters. I enjoy cooking, but mostly baking, it makes me happy to know that I can make a meal to feed my family, and my oldest daughter enjoys making food with me :) I like being outside, especially during the summer and hope to one day have enough land

I had frozen some homemade chicken enchiladas in corn tortillas and when I reheated them in the oven they turned to complete mush, we had to order pizza that night for dinner!
