I am a aspiring cook, with a family of 10 to try thing on. I enjoy doing just about everything in the kitchen, and especially baking. I love beautiful food that is healthy.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
I made crescent rolls and they turned out perfectly. the family loved them.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Killing the yeast by using near boiling water in a bread recipe. when I was trying to make doughnuts, I boiled the oil and burnt the doughnuts to a crisp in seconds. =)
