About Me: I bake all the time and I teach ballet. My husband is almost as sweet as the cookies I bake.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Recently I made my first batch of tamales. After working on them all day and into the night I had 200 wonderfully delicious homemade tamales. I couldn't believe they were all gone in a week.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Once when I was trying out a new recipe for a three layer chocolate cake all the layers of cake came out of the oven as flat as pancakes!
