I am a self employed, career woman, who is married with 3 little yorkies. I have 2 demanding businesses and cooking dinner when I get home is my way of relaxing. My husband loves when I try new recipes. When I am trying one out on him, I tell him we are having guinea pig for dinner!
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
making chimichanga's for my entire family on Cinco de Mayo. The recipe looked overwhelming, but it was so simple!
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Making popcorn one night and without knowing, added 1 cup of kernels instead of 1/2 cup. There was popcorn EVERYWHERE! It was even catching on fire on the stove top. It took me 3 weeks to figure out what I did wrong! I had no idea what happened.
My Interests
