About Me: I love to be outdoors doing the yard stuff I don't call it work because it is where I relax my main hobbies are spending time with my "kids"(pets) my significant other of 9 years Russell, cooking,baking,canning yard stuff reading and trying to crochet altogether we have adopted 3 dogs and 7 cats well actually the kitties adopted us except for my Hannah she is the kitty on my profile she was a shelter kitty but realley she has saved me in more ways then I care to admit she has one blue eye and one green eye

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Being featured in the taste of home simple and delicious magazine for third place ( almost a candy bar) and for also being published in the 2008 hard cover cook-book of quick cooking

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: This happened when I was 9 years old I decided to make spahetti one night so I put the whole box of noodles into a pot filled it with water and started to boil it Wrong !!!!! as we all know now but I didn't want my dad to know so I decided to flush it down the toilet needless to say he found out the hard way and the next ay I was given my very first cook-book and my first thing was a spam casserole less my dad he told me to keep trying and I did
