I am retired now,,,living in the Philippines, in Leyte. I was the owner, operator of Incredible Edibles Catering Company in south florida for many years,,,,a culinary school grad,,,,got a chance to work in asia and spent 5 yrs as the general manager of a company in singapore where i ran the design division that designed kitchens for hotels and restaurants all thru asia,,,,,did a tremendouse amount of travel in that position,,,,now retired, i do some occasional consulting here in the philippines and spend the rest of my time enjoying life,,,,
