About Me: I am 40 (UGH), a recent RN! Currently, I am scrapbooking like crazy...trying to get YEARS in quickly! I want to get back into my cross-stitching as I have one started and when I do get to it, it will take me the better part of a YEAR! DH and I are thinking about foster care...THINKING! We do need to have children around. But, actually, my life is pretty boring! :(

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: I make super apple pie and can feed tons and tons of people at a feast, only now there's not a lot of people around...boo hoo

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Freezing a 2 liter bottle of soda and having it explode!
