I amthe mother of 5 and the mother-in-law of 1. I have been married 35 years. I like being a stay-at-home mom.
I knew I had done well the time my dad told me that my sweet potato pie was as good as his mom's, if not better. My grandmother was one of the world's BEST cooks.
When we were first married I tried to make my new hubby a jellyroll. My oven wasn't level and didn't heat evenly (unknown to me). I wound up with one end of the cake raw batter and the other end very thin and burnt to a crisp.
When God closes one door He always opens another.
