Welcome to the Diabetic Connection! Our post: A place to connect with others who have diabetes and those who know or care for someone who has it. Our purpose: To share our stories, thoughts, questions, concerns, victories and problems regarding the challenge of living with diabetes. Our goal: To learn together and to support one another.
Healthy Choices
We offer support to each other in weight loss and other healthy choices. We have also supported each other through loss of spouses, loss of family and other family issues. Many of us have met in person even though we are from different locations, even across the Atlantic.
Mary's Tea Room
In Mary’s Tea Room, sharing day-to-day happenings, Tea Tidbits and recipes feels as comfortable as a favorite old sweater or flannel shirt. All the challenges of the day seem insignificant as we gather round the table to share a nice hot “cuppa” tea!
