Fixed Thanksgiving Dinner for approximately 20 fellow airmen stationed on Guam and no one got sick.
The first time my husband asked me to fix Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes w/white gravy and a vegetable. The Chicken was alright, a little darker than usual, but edible, however, the gravy was another story. It turned out like paste. awful, bland, and horrible. However, a cooking lesson from my husband's Aunt turned paste into a delicious gravy that I am proud to serve to all my friends and family.
Do not be afraid of trying to cook something you have never tried before. I love Chicken Fried Rice, I found a realy great recipe in your magazine, I tried it, I love it and now I fix it all the time.
