About Me: I am an avid cook from Stevenage, a town just outside London, England. On holiday in Florida last year I picked up Taste of Home magazine when out shopping and loved it. I decided to subscribe and am enjoying all the different types of recipes you have on offer. The only thing I have to think about is the measures but nowadays with the internet and with such alot of interest in all things American over here it's not really a problem. Some of the ingredients can be hard to find though!

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Crikey, I hope I haven't reached it yet! There's so much to learn!

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Only yesterday I served up Minestrone with shredded hard plastic in it! Something got in with the vegetables when I was pushing them through the processor!
