About Me: I am a journalist. I started to fall in love for the american food when my friend Connie introduced me the wonderful sweet chocolate chips. I want to improve and to discover these recipes and these specialities that sounds to be in many many cases very excellent.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: I love to do maritozzi, (italian dessert) and a cake called biscotto.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: The sauce. Mom was at bed with broken ribs and I had to prepare the sauce for pasta of course (we add meat in some cases there). No way!!! A real disaster. Thank God mom was helpful
