About Me
No profile added.
I'm a Wife, Mother to 3 daughters (6 year old and a set of 5 year old twins). I attended school after 21 years to study to get my A.S. in Culinary Arts at Keiser University in Tallahassee, Florida, and will return in January at Wallace State in Hanceville, AL.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
My first crystallized ginger peach pie made entirely (including the crust) from scratch, and crimping the edges like my Grandmother did so many years ago!! It was so beautiful, I posted a pic to my Facebook page!!
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
My first attempt at meatloaf. Not only was it not cooked, it was dense, dry, thick and unseasoned! I didn't try to make meatloaf for almost 10 years later!!! Once I had attempted another go-around, I realized that I had a knack for knowing which flavors married and which ones didn't and made the most flavorful and moist and fluffy meatloaf ever!!! I still use the recipe now 12 years later, and everyone asks for the recipe (which I devised myself!!)!!!!
My Food For Thought
I love cooking, and this is the way I show my love (through the entire process from prep to serving) to my family and friends!!!
My Interests
Church, Singing, Cooking (of course), Spending time with Family and Friends!!
