My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Baked and Decorated a wedding cake for a friend.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: I was about 11 yrs old and was making meatloaf for dinner. The recipe called for 1/4 cup of dried minced onions, we didn't have any. My mom told me to use the onion SALT, so I did, a 1/4 cup of it! No one knew of my mistake until after it had baked and my dad took the first bite.
