About Me
No profile added.
Wife, married 46 years, mother to 1 daughter and son-in-law, no grandchildren.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
One spring I took a cake decorating class. The final cake I made was one for my mother for Mothers' Day. It was so beautiful even the teacher was amazed. It had chocolate frosting with pink roses, green leaves and hanging loops on the side. I froze it, then transported it 90 miles to my mother's house. She loved it! I think it turned out so well because it was a labor of love.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Once I accidently cooked my acrylic cutting board. What a mess! The smell was terrible. I had turned on the wrong unit while I was cutting up vegetable to add to the pot.
My Interests
Cooking, sewing, crafts and long walks with my husband. We usually walk 3 miles a day together. As we walk we talk together about anything and everything. He carries a plastic bag and picks up trash that others leave along the way.
