About Me
No profile added.
I'am 61, retired 5 years ago from Banking. I'am a very social person and like to make new friends all the time. Love to entertain and have a big party or BBQ with all my family and friends. Want to learn ITALIAN which is my heritage on my mom's side. GD is 1/2 Italian and I would like to teach her and take her to Italy some day.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
Learning how to make homemade PESTO sauce like my mom used to make. She always used real butter and not olive oil.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Trying to make a pie crust. Finally gave up after trying about 10 diff techniques and receipes. I remember my Gramma telling me. You either have the nack for it or not. I do not. Her's was delicious and flaky and she had NO receipe.
My Food For Thought
Live for today, don't dwell on the past, and take care of your self and family first.
