I am a mom who loves to be at home, but also loves to be out and about with others. I clean other houses for spare money. My DH builds houses and does specialty concrete work. Our kids are between 11 and 7 years of age. All three go to private school and are doing very well. I love hosting parties. I love visiting one on one with people, or having a whole crowd in our home. We love to cook over a fire, or BBQ. Our only real hobby is camping. We have a fifth wheel, and it goes all over the place! We want to go across Canada with our fifth wheel, and dip down into the US to get some cheap food, LOL.

My Greatest Cooking TriumphMy biggest triumph is learning to cook authentic foods. I have taught some Thai cooking, really enjoy that. I love to try new recipes, but my kids arent' always so sure about that!

My Biggest Kitchen Disastermaking chocolate cake for our pastor and his wife, and forgetting to put in the sugar! I was just a new bride at the time.

My Food For ThoughtDont worry about tomorrow, tomorrow will have it's own set of worries.

My Interestscooking authentic foods. Discovering new campgrounds. Visiting at school and listning to the kids read. Seeing my DHs finished work projects.
