About Me: I have been married to a wonderful man for 23 years (been together for 29 years!). I have two children....my DD is a cosmetologist who works in a salon owned by some friends of ours and my DS is a sophomore in college studying nursing. He also plays soccer. I'm a secretary in the media center of a local junior high school.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Finally getting a soup recipe of my MIL's to taste just like hers! I'm now working on learning to make some German dumplings that she makes. I'll probably never get them as good as hers though!

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Do I have to name just one? LOL

My Food For Thought: Live every day like it's your last! My Mom used to say this all the time. She did exactly that. She died at a young age from breast cancer. I try to live every day like it's MY last because I want to leave with no regrets. You never get yesterday back.
