About Me
No profile added.
Mother of two daughters, one married, one in college. Looking to a positively different future for this world...I've lived my adult life in a manner that bespeaks my hope for a more Christian (Godly) society, wherein our culture will return to the positive values of the past ,lose our tendency to embrace corrupt ways of dealing with others, and the over valuing of money and power in order to make a more mutually and reciprocally beneficial society for all concerned. My recent viewing of a film called "Zeitgeist Addendum" has instilled a new enthusiasm for a growing consciousness for changing values which embrace a new "resource based" culture, with unimaginable benefits to humanity. These changes echo the promises of Jesus Christ, The Jewish Prophets, and other prophets and faiths both past and present . All unhypocritical faiths denounce the exploitation of others, and the establishment of true equality in human relationships....Changing the structure of our values from financial attainment to resource development, creative use and self-sustainability of such, will start the "engines" of our world to work for the ideal society we could never attain in the past.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
Open House for 100 guests (who came in shifts) for finger food and desserts.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Toasted bread so long under the broiler that it set on fire, and turned to solid black, unrecognizable lumps.
My Food For Thought
