About Me
No profile added.
Try to be as carefree as possible but that's a constant reminder to myself to keep things in perspective. Working to stretch out as a home cook and try more new recipes to get out of the normal grind of recipes (tacos, spaghetti, pizza, etc). Have two dogs, small son and DH which are the loves of my life.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
Homemade Alfredo sauce...have to say, I never knew it was SOOOO simple to make, but this was one of my first stretches and it's a new keep. It's easy and cheaper than buying the pre-made stuff.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Too many to recall...I'm pretty good at burning things because I'm off trying to do something and cook at the same time.
My Food For Thought
Life is like a bowl of queso...eat it up or someone else will
My Interests
sports, gardening
