Finding recipes that are easy and fun to make for my family that they actually will enjoy eating.
I can make a big mess in the kitchen but nothing that can't be cleaned up later.
Passing my love of baking and collecting cookbooks on to my daughter and granddaughter. Eating in moderation and still being able to enjoy the foods you like.
