I am a registered medical technologist currently working in microbiology at Alexian Brothers medical center. I have been married over 30 years and have one grown son.
Having 13 recipes published by Reiman publications in various magazines and cookbooks. My first one was Pork with Peanuts in COUNTRY PORK. The announcement came in the mail after a particularly stressful day at work and a public dressing down from a supervisor. I danced around the house for at least 30 minutes after reading the letter and seeing my recipe in print.
I tried to make sweet and sour scallops with the deep fried breading on the shell fish. The breading came off. The mass stratified into three layers. Grease on top. Fish and vegetables in the middle and the breading on the bottom. My husband was so hungry he went and got McDonalds for himself and our then 4 year old son. My husband hates fast food and it was also at a time when we could little afford such a meal as well as wasted food.

I like to make my French toast with raisin or cinnamon bread. I also add a teaspoon of vanilla and dashes of ground cinnamon and nutmeg to the egg/milk mixutre. CJ
