About Me: I'm 47 years old and have been married for 15 years. My DH and I don't have any children, but we have MANY godchildren that keep us busy. I have been a teacher for 25 years and currently teach 3rd grade. I love my job and simply can't imagine doing anything else!

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: I'm pretty well known for my lasagna. My husband is a big fan and I love to make it for him and our friends. It's the type that you make the day ahead and don't have to boil the noodles. I think the original name of the recipe was Lazy Day Lasagna. I wouldn't call it a triumph, but I'd call it tasty!

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Surely you jest. My disasters almost always involve baking. Love to cook, am baking impaired.

My Food For Thought: Sometimes I wonder what a different world it would be if everyone consciously tried to be a blessing to others, each and every day.
