I will be turning '62' this week & am married to the love of my life for the past 43 years. We have one daughter, who lives nearby & she has a 2 year old son, Ocean. Luckily, we get to see them often & we babysit for Ocean on Fridays. Most of the time, I like to cook & usually make enough for several meals at a time. Nothing(!) goes to waste in this house! Other than that, I also love to read novels on a daily basis; usually before my nap and evening bedtime. We have two Boykin Spaniels, who run the house! LOL!

The first time I did deep fried Shrimp my oil wasn't hot enough....
