Not much to tell, I work fulltime, married, have a dog. I love to bake or cook to relieve stress. It gives me such enjoyment.
Anything that turns out makes me happy. However, one Sweetest Day my husband wanted to have lobster, I thought how easy because he is from Maine and knows how to cook them. Well, he let me do it cause he was tired. I was so stressed not knowing what to do, I just winged it and they turned out great. It may have been simple for someone else to know what to do but I was young and had no idea. So, it gave me a good feeling to have tried this and it actually turned out. :)
To this day every cake I have made (which have been very few) have fallen. I don't know what it is I do that causes this to happen. Also, one time I made my lemon bars and put a wrong ingredient in and wow were they terrible. However, I have one terrific family cause they ate them and didn't say a word because they didn't want to hurt my feelings.
We're given this one life..... enjoy it!!!!
