I love my family and have loved cooking for them over the years. It is however, more fun now because they like more stuff. I can try different things and they like it. I guess their taste buds have matured some.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
I have done some catering in my recent past and to see everyone gobble up my food is very satisfying. I guess a triumph would be when I make up a new recipe and it turns out okay that is pretty cool. (My own version of Pecan Pie Pancakes)
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
When I was a new cook I decided to impress the other newlywed couples in our appartment building so I made a pepperoni pizza and took it down to the courtyard to share. I was horrified when they bit into it and found the pepperoni still had the casing on it.
