My Greatest Cooking TriumphA four layer cake decorated green with white piping for my daughters "cake walk" school festival. Everyone wanted to win this cake. It stood tall and straight, and looked as if I was a cake decorator. Needless to say, it's the only one that has stood that tall and straight since. Must have been for the good cause.
My Biggest Kitchen DisasterI forgot to put the thickener in my first batch of home made macaroni and cheese when I was fifteen. It tasted good, and was really gooey. Although, it was a bit hard to eat, everyone liked it.
My Food For ThoughtIF you don't make everything as if you are serving guests, it will taste as if you aren't serving guests.
