My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Hasn't happened yet, but I can't wait to taste it.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Making homemade tapioca pudding in one saucepan sitting inside a second saucepan. (Couldn't find the double-boiler.) Combustion built up blowing the top pan into the air and covering my face and hands with boiling tapioca. Luckily, the pudding cooled enough as it flew through the air that I did not receive serious burns to my face, just to my hands. The ER doctors were very kind. :) I still LOVE homemade tapioca.
