About Me: I am 64 and a Nan to 5 grandchildren, 3 who live next door. I was widowed 11 years ago so to keep busy, I co-ordinate a Community Group in our errear and also a Single Ladies group within our Church.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Was to cater for 2 Weddings.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Was to make a Victorian Sponge, it took me quite a few trys as they would flop when they came out of the oven LOL

Old-Fashioned Carrot Cake
