About Me: I am in a baking and cooking transition period...trying to downsize favorite recipes, yet experiment more with different flavor combinations. What fun!

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: My cooking successes usually come through improvising, which is what happened with my Layered Enchilada Casserole. How nice to see the recipe shared in the Secret Sisters group and read all the reviews and personal variations.

My Food For Thought: Don't be afraid to improvise and experiment. There will be mistakes, but also successes.
