I have no children of my own but i have a lot of nieces and nephews. Iam retired now because of advanded osteoartritis, but I do realy miss my job at the airport meeting people coming from foreing countries or going to travel to many parts of the world.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
Not realy cooking but developed a nice COQUITO recipe .This is an special drink that is served with Xmas festivities in Puerto Rico. Iwas able to make it tasty but a lot lower in calories and colesterol-but not in RUM-.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Trying to cook Arroz con Dulce ,I burned it because I put the sugar at the beguining ofthe cooking.
