I'm 45 years old, happily married, with three wonderful children. I was injured in an accident at work on April 6, 2005 and was paralyzed from my waist down. It has been 3 years and I have really been working hard to get back somewhat of my life. I love to cook, and my mom bought me a subscription to Taste Of Home for my birthday before she passed away in 2002. I have enjoyed it so much and so has my family. Thanks for all the exciting recipes.
Creamy Chicken Enchiladas. My family loves Mexican food. These were a very big hit with them.
