I'm temporarily retired and always looking for new recipes. Have 17 grandchildren and 6 great-grands. Husband is a commercial fisherman. We have two ferrets right now-- can't imagine life without a few of them underfoot. We're signed up with the local Humane Soc. to foster ferrets who need a temporary home but somehow they all end up staying.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
A Veteran's Day dinner for 70 with no one to help but my super husband.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
A loaf of bread that we actually used for adoorstop one Christmas.
