About Me
No profile added.
I've been cooking since I was on my own at the age of 22. I love cooking and experimenting w/ new recipes and ingredients. I am not an expert, but I'm pretty good in the kitchen. Most of my creations turn out, and I'm not embarressed when something turns into a disaster. I don't like baking though!
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
Poundcake & icing made from scratch comes to mind.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
While attempting to blend ingredients together for potato soup, I did not realize the hot contents would explode out of the blender.
My Food For Thought
If I get at least one good recipe from a cookbook that I will use forever, the cookbook is considered a success.
