I think I own more cookbooks than I can count. I've been cooking and baking since I was a child. I love southern foods and about a year ago I found out that I have a wheat allergy/sensitivity. I had to change everything I knew about cooking and baking, and it has been an incredible journey. Hard, tearful, but inspiring and fun at the same time! I'll be gluten free for the rest of my life and I'm a healthier and better cook and baker because of it!

Learning how to very successfully bake gluten free.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Oh my... just one? I will tell you, wax paper should never go into a hot oven. You can set your kitchen on fire. That's all I'm going to say about that!
