i used to cook pretty well, unfortunately lately I can't even boil water right..LOL : )
I can bake anything and everyone loves it
my biggest kitchen disaster was many years ago. I was cooking a turkey dinner for a family reunion, I (THOUGHT) LOL!! I knew how to cook a turkey but, I cooked it forever on low and by the time it was time to sit down and eat it , the turkey was beautiful on the outside nice and brown and crispy but the inside was raw!!!!!! We had to quickly come up with something else to eat.....
