I'm in my mid-50's. My husband and I have been married for almost 30 years. We have 4 grown children (2 of each), a wonderful son and daughter-in-law, and the 7 most beautiful grandchildren ever to have been born (4 boys, 3 girls). I spent 20 years homeschooling our kids. Now I enjoy spending time with our grandchildren when I can, and DH and I enjoy traveling. My greatest joy comes in my relationship with the Lord and living for Him.

My Greatest Cooking TriumphI would probably have to say it was making baklava and still keeping my sanity.

My Biggest Kitchen DisasterMany years ago I tried my first and ONLY jello mold. I chose a church potluck for this experiment. I had a bunny shaped jello mold and I decide to use unflavored gelatin and flavor it with apple juice. I also decided to put raisin's (which I don't really care for, so what was I thinking?) in the jello. The raisins settled in the bunny's posterior region. It did NOT look very appetizing, and not many people tried it.
